Loom Sona is a premium bedding and home textiles brand founded by Akshit Jain and based in the United States. The name Loom Sona reflects its roots in Indian handloom heritage (loom) and its promise of luxurious, restorative & golden sleep (sona). The brand creates artisanal bedding such as organic bedsheets, duvet covers and linen sets featuring commissioned prints and original artwork.
Loom Sona enters a competitive global bedding space alongside established direct-to-consumer brands like Boll & Branch, Brooklinen and Parachute Home, all known for premium materials, sophisticated design and elevated digital shopping experiences in the USA. Its mission is to bring handcrafted textile design and quality right into customers’ bedrooms through a refined online experience that feels bespoke yet effortless to navigate.

Loom Sona needed a full ecommerce website that could:
Create an experience as premium as the product price point, positioning the brand alongside global bedding leaders
Overcome the inherent tactile limitation of online bedding sales where customers can’t physically touch or feel fabric
Help users make confident purchase decisions for high-value products without sensory interaction
Visually communicate artisanal prints and handcrafted design as a differentiator in a space often dominated by minimal or generic templates

Confetti designed and developed a bespoke ecommerce experience that:
Shows fabric quality and artisan detailing through large, contextual imagery
Communicates brand craftsmanship and product backstory alongside each product detail page
Uses rich visuals and thoughtful UI to make the first impression feel premium thereby inviting trust on high-ticket purchases
Built a clear, intuitive browsing and checkout flow that supports confidence without sensory context

Rather than merely showcasing products, the Loom Sona site was designed to educate and reassure. Key elements include:
Hero storytelling modules that explain artisanal prints and handloom inspiration at a glance
Fabric & feel sections that use layered visuals and close-ups instead of generic stock images
Strategic visual hierarchy ensuring users always know where they are in their shopping journey
Rich product details and background panels that build trust for higher-ticket decisions
Clean navigation and UI elements that keep users oriented without clutter
