Main duties & responsibilities:

Leading a team of mid-jr graphic designers to work on branding & packaging design projects
Since the project manager will do most client-facing communication, make sure your presentation & communication with the project manager is effective and leads to quicker approval & improved quality of designs

Soft-skills needed:

Ability to collaborate with project managers, clients & fellow designers to effectively communicate your design & vision to them
Eagerness to learn new softwares (esp. generative AI) to improve the quality of your output
Ability to accurately predict timelines & deliver results in a reliable manner

You will stand out if:

You have excellent knowledge of generative AI tools such as Nano-banana, ChatGPT, etc. for Image generation & AI Photography
You have previously worked in a top-rated design agency in India (esp. in the branding & packaging Industry)

Key activities:

Lead Identity design & packaging design projects from a creative & strategic standpoint
Work alongside project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects

Troubleshoot Identity design & packaging design projects through prior agency experience and communication skills
Overlook multiple ongoing projects as they are getting executed by mid-level designers
