Confetti Design Studio is hiring 1 Project Manager to join our growing team.

We collaborate with some of the most exciting consumer goods brands across skincare, food & beverage, alcohol, and wellness products and we’re looking for a detail oriented and dynamic Project Manager to ensure our projects are delivered seamlessly from start to finish.

Key activities:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously across identity and packaging design.
Act as the bridge between clients, designers, and leadership to ensure clarity and alignment.
Create detailed project plans, set timelines, and monitor progress to ensure on time delivery.
Collaborate with Creative Directors and designers to ensure the creative vision is executed smoothly.
Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues to maintain workflow efficiency.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and maintain client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must have:

3–6 years of project management experience in a reputed design agency or creative environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and client handling abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, remote first environment.
Agency experience is a plus for this role.
