Confetti Design Studio is hiring Motion Graphics Designer for our branding & digital media team.

Work alongside a team of creative experts to craft visually stunning motion experiences that bring brands to life! From social media campaigns to product explainers; from advertising to immersive storytelling we create it all.

Key activities:

Lead motion graphics projects across branding, advertising, and digital campaigns from a creative & strategic standpoint
Create compelling 2D/3D animations, explainer videos, brand films, and product launch visuals
Collaborate with art directors, designers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive brand storytelling through motion
Troubleshoot animation workflows and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in animation & motion graphics
Overlook multiple ongoing projects and ensure smooth execution with cross-functional teams

The ideal candidate must have:

Prior agency experience in a well-reputed design agency
Minimum 3–4 years of work experience in motion graphics & animation design
Strong sense of storytelling, visual rhythm, typography, and branding in motion
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both creative & non-creative stakeholders

About the role:

Salary: 4-6 LPA
