1) Project Overview
Sniff of Tradition in the Modern Bustle  

Havisto set out to redefine tea drinking in New Delhi’s bustling urban landscape, offering premium Assam and Darjeeling blends tailored to a younger, internet-savvy audience. 

With a vision rooted in authenticity, quality, and innovation, the brand needed a distinct identity that would stand out in a highly competitive market. 

The goal was to create a brand story that would establish Havisto not only for what it claims to value but for what it truly stands for and to make it the preferred choice for tea lovers. 

02) Challenges
Authentic Tea Tranquility  

The premium tea industry is dominated by legacy brands with deep-rooted consumer trust. Havisto needed to carve out a unique space by appealing to younger, experience-driven consumers while maintaining the authenticity of traditional Assam and Darjeeling tea. 

The challenge was to position Havisto as both a premium and accessible brand; sophisticated yet welcoming, modern yet rooted in heritage. Additionally, the brand had to overcome consumer habits tied to mass-market tea options and live up to its value of authenticity and innovation in the first glance itself.

Blending Strategy with Storytelling  

Brands like Havisto tell their own story. Thus, Havisto was built on their ideas of innovation and being visionary, alongside that, we focused on telling their story of wanting to be the calm in the urban lifestyle. 

We immersed ourselves in consumer psychology, understanding the aspirations, pain points, and daily rituals of Havisto’s audience. Through a fusion of modern branding techniques and time-honoured tea traditions, we helped Havisto brew an identity that resonated deeply with its target consumers.

Urban Tranquility

The brand strategy created for Havisto focused on transforming tea from a basic commodity into an indulgent, sensory-driven ritual. Havisto positioned itself as the go-to choice for urban professionals seeking relaxation, authenticity, and quality in every sip.

This strategy was reinforced by premium sourcing, innovative packaging, and a brand voice that emphasized sophistication without pretentiousness. 

They tapped into the consumer’s desire for mindfulness and wellness, helping Havisto become a lifestyle choice rather than just a tea brand.  

05) Verbal Identity
Just Like The Perfect Warm Cup of Tea

Havisto’s tone and voice were designed to be refined yet friendly. Inspired by the Magician archetype, we crafted a brand voice that was insightful, inspiring, and immersive. 

The messaging conveyed the serenity of Assam’s tea gardens while making premium tea feel accessible to everyday consumers. Every piece of copy, from packaging to digital campaigns, reinforced Havisto’s commitment to authenticity, innovation, and a tranquil tea experience.  

06) Visual Identity
Being The Lens To Havisto’s Visionary Innovations  

To visually differentiate Havisto designed an identity that was clean, modern, and deeply rooted in tea culture. Havisto’s look spoke through its logo values of quality, consistency and reliability. 

Alongside that, earthy tones, minimalist packaging, and elegant typography reflected the brand’s premium quality, while subtle illustrations of Assam and Darjeeling landscapes added authenticity. 

Every visual element—from logo to the mockups containing the primary colours—evoked a sense of sophistication and sensory delight, making Havisto stand out both on shelves and digital platforms.
